• Fast Australia-Wide Delivery: Most orders ship within 24 hours. Express delivery to Sydney and Melbourne takes 1 to 3 business days, Brisbane 1 to 2 days, Perth and Adelaide 3 to 5 days, and regional areas 4 to 6 business days.
• Order Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time.
• Responsive Support: Our customer service team is available via email to help with orders, product questions and any issues.

Product Authenticity

Product authenticity is our top priority. The Australian disposable vape market has significant counterfeit issues, and we take this seriously. Every device we sell comes in original, sealed packaging from the manufacturer. IGET, Alibarbar and KUZ devices include scratch-off verification codes on the packaging that customers can check on the manufacturer’s website to confirm the product is genuine. We maintain direct relationships with brand distributors and do not source from third-party resellers or grey-market channels.

Regulatory Compliance

Local Cig Supply operates in compliance with Australian federal and state regulations governing the sale of nicotine and tobacco products. We follow the guidelines set by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and relevant state legislation. For health information about smoking, vaping and cessation support, we encourage customers to visit health.gov.au or contact the Quitline on 13 7848.
